Tracking the Path to their hideout, Vader promotes Reva to Grand Inquisitor and has her lay siege on the facility. Stalling for time, Obi-Wan confronts Reva and deduces that she knows Vader’s true identity because she witnessed his massacre in the Jedi temple as a Youngling. Reva reveals to him that she does not wish to serve Vader but kill him for revenge. The facility is breached and Tala sacrifices herself to save Obi-Wan. Realizing there is no way to win, Obi-Wan surrenders and is taken to Reva. There, he convinces Reva to assassinate Vader when she delivers Kenobi to him. Meanwhile, Leia is able to repair the doors, allowing the Path to evacuate just as Vader arrives inside the cave. Reva uses this opportunity to sneak up and attack Vader, but is quickly overpowered after a brief duel and is stabbed by him. The original Grand Inquisitor reappears, revealed to be alive. He takes the Grand Inquisitor badge from Reva before they both leave her for dead. While Obi-Wan, Leia & the Path network leave the planet, an injured Reva finds Obi-Wan’s transmitter and sees Bail Organa’s message, pointing her to Tatooine.
