Russian General Investigating U.S. Biolabs in Ukraine Killed

Mosca: un attentato uccide il generale Kirilov, esperto in difesa biologica. Stava indagando sui biolaboratori USA in Ucraina. La sua morte solleva nuovi dubbi.

An attack in Moscow has killed General Igor Kirilov, head of defense against chemical, biological, and radiological weapons. Kirilov was known for investigating American biolabs in Ukraine, accusing the United States of developing biological weapons aimed at Russia. His death, caused by an explosive device hidden in an electric scooter, has raised questions about Russian security and confirmed the gravity of the allegations made. The attack appears linked to attempts to conceal evidence and destabilize further investigations ahead of potential political changes in the United States.

Today in Moscow, a brutal spy-thriller-style attack occurred. At around 6 a.m. on Ransk Avenue, located fairly centrally in Moscow, a bomb was placed inside an electric scooter parked by the roadside.

Authorities are still determining whether the explosive was built into the scooter or simply attached externally, like a bag tied to the handlebar. What’s clear is that the scooter was used by the attackers to transport and position the bomb — a bomb that, tragically, killed two people.

Initially, reports mentioned two bystanders. However, further investigation revealed a crucial detail: the attack claimed the life of Russian Army General Igor Kirilov.

General Kirilov was the head of the ERVS forces, responsible for Russia’s defense against chemical, biological, and radiological weapons. His role was not strategic military operations or missile deployment; rather, he focused on preparing Russia and its citizens for the threats posed by weapons of mass destruction.

This raises the question: Why target someone like Kirilov? Why would Russia’s adversaries organize an attack against a military figure in this specific role?

The answer lies in Kirilov’s background. During the early stages of the special military operation in Ukraine — around the time of the battle for Mariupol — Kirilov gained attention for his investigations into U.S. biolabs in Ukraine. These investigations alleged that the U.S. was developing biological weapons aimed at Russia.

The matter was frequently discussed at the United Nations, with Russia’s permanent representative, Vasily Nebenzya, repeatedly raising concerns. According to Russia, these biolabs conducted dangerous experiments with biological weapons, viruses, and pathogens under U.S. interests.

The U.S. dismissed these claims, accusing Russia of spreading falsehoods and insisting they only pursued freedom and democracy. Meanwhile, Russia maintained that the U.S. was developing biological weapons on Ukrainian soil. The exchanges between the two powers at the UN were intense, with mutual accusations of deception and propaganda.

As you may recall, when these issues were discussed, social media platforms paid close attention. They had already been briefed by U.S. intelligence services. As often happens with topics the Americans want to suppress, any post, mention, or attempt to share this information was immediately blocked or penalized by platform moderators.

Whenever this information appeared on FacebookInstagram, or YouTube, retaliatory measures against those spreading it quickly followed. It was evident from the outset that this was a matter of critical importance to the United States. What General Igor Kirilov and the Russian side raised was not some trivial tale invented during a vodka-fueled celebration.

Absolutely not. It was a serious document and a thorough investigation that caused significant concern among U.S. representatives.

This entire story began when three laboratories were discovered in the territory of the Luhansk Republic (located in northeastern Donbas). At the time, an official working for these facilities, who initially collaborated with the Ukrainians, decided to cooperate with pro-Russian authorities after Luhansk came under their control.

This official brought documents and stated:

“In these laboratories, we worked with American specialists. After years, I realized we were manipulating pathogenic viruses. The Ukrainians weren’t included in the projects; they were just labor.”

The doctor explained that his task was preparing liquids for dissemination via drones. Initially, they believed they were working on agricultural and defensive purposes. Only later did they realize something was amiss.

Despite some doubts, the staff wasn’t fully aware of the end goal. Their technical job was to turn a liquid into a substance suitable for dispersal via an agricultural drone.

When pro-Russian authorities took control of the labs, they found vast amounts of documentation and sophisticated equipment.

These findings clearly indicated the labs weren’t conducting agricultural projects but working on highly dangerous viruses and diseases. Evidence also emerged of experiments conducted on the civilian population.

This discovery was a significant alarm for the Russians. From that moment, they publicly denounced the presence of biolabs in Ukraine, calling them a threat to Russia. According to Russian authorities, these labs were run by the United States and served as tools to develop biological weapons targeting Russia.

This situation had to be stopped. During the UN Security Council meetings, discussions about these biolabs were frequent, but the Americans denied everything. Then came the battle of Mariupol. When Russian forces entered Mariupol, they discovered additional laboratories, even better equipped than those found in Luhansk.

These labs contained extensive materials. Those working there had not managed to destroy all the documents in time. There were videos, images, and other evidence of what had been happening in these facilities.

Upon finding these labs and their associated documents, the Russian Minister of Defense at the time, Sergei Shoigu, ordered a thorough investigation. It’s worth noting that when military forces take control of a territory, military and judicial authorities become responsible for everything that happens.

In such situations, it isn’t civilian police handling the investigations but military bodies like the military prosecutor’s office and the military police, which also have highly specialized scientific departments.

The Russians took control of Mariupol and began their investigation. Leading these investigations was General Igor Kirilov, an expert in defense against chemical, biological, and radiological weapons.

This morning, at 6:00 a.m. Moscow time, General Igor Kirilov was assassinated along with his aide. The two had just left Kirilov’s house after breakfast. The aide had arrived by car to pick him up, and they were heading to work together.

Along their route, someone had planted a bomb in an electric scooter. The scooter didn’t raise suspicion because, as in the West and Italy, rental scooters are often left anywhere — in front of entrances or along streets.

Investigators believe the bomb was remotely detonated. Someone hidden in a nearby car was watching Kirilov’s movements. When the two men walked past the scooter, the attacker triggered the explosion. The device contained around 200 grams of TNT — enough to kill two people even without metal fragments. The shockwave alone could stop the heart, rupture the liver, damage the lungs, and severely harm internal organs. The two men died instantly.

According to the initial version that emerged, during investigations in Mariupol, General Igor Kirilov found substantial evidence that the United States of America was developing weapons of mass destruction and bacteriological weapons in Ukrainian biolabs, including those located in the Donbas.

These weapons were allegedly created to be used specifically against Russia. After the capture of Mariupol, Kirilov recorded his well-known video in which he thoroughly explained the situation, presenting documents, evidence, and detailing discoveries made in the biolabs.

This video was not just ordinary content published on YouTube; it was an official statement by General Igor Kirilov delivered to the State Security Council of the Russian Federation. During this declaration, Kirilov presented a detailed report of his work, citing all the documentation collected.

It was a comprehensive video that explained every aspect of the U.S. biolabs operating in Ukraine. According to his investigations, these labs aimed to create viruses intended for use against the Russian population.

Kirillov uncovered concrete evidence that some of these viruses had already been tested on the Ukrainian population. Various pathogens were dispersed in limited areas, particularly in Ukrainian villages. The Americans, with Ukrainian cooperation, used civilians as test subjects.

Different methods of dissemination were employed, including aerial drones and ground-based drones. These drones dispersed materials while scientists observed how the substances behaved in the open air, how they withstood atmospheric conditions, temperatures, and weather patterns. The amount of documentation collected was extensive, including data on the personnel working in these labs.

This investigation posed a direct threat to several individuals within the U.S. power structure. As soon as this information began to circulate, mainstream media launched a campaign to discredit it. Anyone spreading these details was quickly labeled a “fake news propagator.”

Even in Italy, so-called fact-checkers, often funded by the CIA or Anglo-Saxon oligarchs, intervened to suppress free information. These entities received substantial financial backing to carry out censorship activities.

When I shared that video on Facebook, my account was immediately blocked for a month. The reason given was that I had spread information deemed false and dangerous to public safety — as if I had revealed a harmful secret!

Similar situations occurred during the Covid-19 period. Anyone who shared opinions that went against the official narrative was banned, threatened, or removed from platforms.

The same censorship pattern applied to the biolab issue. Many claimed Russian accusations were unfounded. However, Russia presented concrete documents and evidence. Ultimately, it became clear that this issue was of critical importance to the Americans. Biolabs and biological weapons were part of the United States’ global strategy. These activities didn’t only occur in Ukraine but also in other countries, including Italy.

In Italy, there are more than 140 U.S. military bases, some of which are secret. What does this mean? It means that, despite living in our own country with guaranteed rights and paying taxes, we don’t know what happens inside these military facilities. We aren’t in control of our territory, nor of our own fate. If viruses are created and released from these labs, we can’t prevent it.

We are also at risk of being persecuted simply for asking questions about what happens in our country.

When General Igor Kirilov shared that video, he showed the world that there is a way to address this serious issue related to biolab management. In a free, civilized, and sovereign country, matters of such importance must be public and openly discussed.

If biolabs don’t exist, the state should prove their absence by allowing citizens or their representatives to access facilities where secret operations are conducted. Secret facilities should stop being secret and demonstrate that there is nothing dangerous. That way, the population can feel reassured.

When cases like that of Ukraine occur, where Russians discovered biolabs conducting illegal experiments, the situation becomes extremely serious. In these labs, scientists made people sick, treating them as human guinea pigs.

For a long time, it was claimed that the Russians were telling lies. But the killing of General Igor Kirilov proves that the Russians were right. If the Russians had fabricated everything, there would have been no need to eliminate the person who conducted the investigations.

The Russians never assassinated Western representatives who spread false news about alleged massacres like that of Bucha. They simply dismissed such accusations as “nonsense.” In this case, however, the issue is so serious that Western forces have done everything to ridicule and censor the information released by the Russians, without ever seriously addressing it.

Now, with the killing of General Kirilov, the West has shown its failure. They eliminated a man who was exposing the crimes committed by the United States on Ukrainian territory.

Many wonder why General Kirilov was not adequately protected. The answer is that he was not an operational general. He did not deal with military strategy or missiles but with bureaucratic and safety matters related to defense against chemical, biological, and radiological weapons.

Paradoxically, a scientist who develops missiles is more exposed than an official in this role. Kirilov was killed solely because of his investigations into U.S. biolabs in Ukraine.

With this murder, the Americans have confirmed that everything General Kirilov reported in his investigation was true. The biolabs in Ukraine were indeed working to create weapons of mass destruction and conducting experiments on humans. The goal was to develop dangerous pathogens to destroy Russia with lethal viruses.

This event is significant not just because two people were killed, but because it shows that the United States was indeed conducting such operations in Ukraine.

In my opinion, General Kirilov was eliminated now because significant political changes are happening in the United States. Donald Trump is poised to return to power, and many officials from the Biden administration are trying to cover their tracks.

However, these biolabs existed long before Biden’s presidency, and their activities continued even during Trump’s presidency. Now, it seems clear that Trump, unlike during his first term, intends to radically reform the intelligence services, the FBI, and other agencies. For this reason, many individuals within these institutions, who have been involved in illegal activities for a long time, are trying to cover their tracks.

One such effort might have been the murder in Russia of the person most knowledgeable and informed about U.S. crimes: General Igor Kirilov. This would make it harder for the Russians to continue their investigations. Furthermore, it could prevent Russia from presenting Trump with documents proving U.S. criminal activities in a potential future meeting between Trump and Putin.

It is unclear how General Kirilov’s death will affect operations. The documents still exist, and his statements are available online. Russia might still bring these issues to Trump’s attention. However, this assassination seems linked to attempts by some figures in the United States to destroy evidence of their illicit activities.

In my opinion, the Americans and the Ukrainians are likely behind this murder. The final perpetrators are almost certainly Ukrainians embedded within Russian society, supported by a network of sleeper agents ready to act.

Russia struggles to completely prevent the infiltration of these agents. Every day, thousands of Ukrainians enter the Russian Federation. Although there are dedicated checks for Ukrainians at Russian airports, it remains relatively easy for secret agents to infiltrate and commit crimes.

Unfortunately, I do not believe this will be the last such crime. From an internal security perspective, completely preventing these attacks is nearly impossible. This murder demonstrates that the United States takes the biolab issue very seriously. This is not a lie, a joke, or false information. It is a reality so disturbing that the United States is willing to eliminate those who investigate these activities.
