Plot: In the Gen V season 2 finale, “Trojan,” the students learn Thomas Godolkin is the true villain. After Marie inadvertently heals him, he reveals his plan to kill “useless” supes to empower himself and eventually control Homelander. Sister Sage, betrayed by Godolkin’s altered agenda, frees Polarity from the Vought asylum to help.
Marie’s team confronts Godolkin, but he uses his mind-control powers on the students. With Polarity’s help to sever Godolkin’s psychic control, Marie uses her own powers to make Godolkin’s head explode. Polarity tells the supes to flee, setting up a larger conflict with Vought and paving the way for The Boys season 5.
