Din Djarin introduces Grogu to Mandalorian combat training. Grogu wins a training match, but his opponent is captured by a large shriek-hawk. Bo-Katan gathers a hunting party and leads them to the shriek-hawk’s nest.

After meeting with the Armorer to confirm he can redeem himself, Din travels to Nevarro to bring back an old ally to aid him in his quest.

Bo-Katan and her fellow Mandalorian Koska Reeves agree to help rescue Grogu in exchange for Bo-Katan getting the Darksaber from Gideon and the Mandalorian considering her offer to help them liberate Mandalore.

Cara Dune remands the Mandalorian’s old enemy Migs Mayfeld into her custody in order to acquire the coordinates to Moff Gideon’s ship. Mayfeld directs them to a hidden Imperial rhydonium refinery on Morak.

The Mandalorian arrives with Grogu on Tython, and finds the ancient temple on top of a mountain. He seats Grogu at the center so that he may choose his path.

The Mandalorian and the Child continue their journey through a dangerous galaxy.

The Mandalorian returns to his friends Greef and Cara on Nevarro for repairs on his ship but is talked into blowing up an old imperial base. Little to everyone’s knowledge there is a lot more taking place at the base.

The Razor Crest, severely damaged since the last episode, barely reaches moon of Trask with the Mandalorian (Pedro Pascal), the Child and the Frog Lady (Misty Rosas), where it is repaired. The Frog Lady is finally reunited with her husband, Frog Man (John Cameron), who directs the Mandalorian to an inn.

Returning from Mos Pelgo, the Mandalorian subdues bandits who attempt to capture the Child. His speeder bike destroyed, the Mandalorian walks back to Mos Eisley, finding Peli Motto playing cards with Dr. Mandible, who has information about Mandalorians.

Seeking other Mandalorians to help him reunite the Child with its kind, the Mandalorian approaches criminal Gor Koresh, who supposedly knows their whereabouts, at a ring fight.
